Emanuela MARINSKA
Architect § Cultural heritage expert
My name is Emanuela Marinska and I’m a registered architect and specialist in the preservation of architectural heritage.
My architectural studies began in the rich historical environment of Versailles in France, then went on with a specialization master class under the National Institute for Tangible Cultural Heritage (Sofia), in partnership with École de Chaillot (Paris).
I’m freelancing as an architect and have been working in the field of architectural heritage ever since 2014. I track down and document buildings and ensembles with historical and architectural value. I elaborate conservation and restoration projects. I take part in the organization of student workshops on traditional architecture. I’m very interested in studying traditional building crafts, as they are an essential part of the process of preserving architectural heritage. Traditional building crafts are currently the subject of my doctoral dissertation. And so, I research, I communicate and I draw. I volunteer at archeological dig sites. And I spread on the knowledge and passion of architecture.
